Services

Software first, all the way to production.

Most of our work is SaaS and systems development. We shape an idea into a product and stay with it through launch and operation. Around that core we add AI, technical leadership, compliance, and hardware when a product needs it.

SaaS & Systems Development

Our core. Discovery and scoping, architecture, cloud infrastructure, the application itself, and the operations that keep it running after launch.

  • Product discovery
  • Cloud architecture
  • Run & operate

Applied AI

AI that earns its place in the product: retrieval, automation and assistive features grounded in your own data. Measurable, maintainable and safe to run.

  • LLM features
  • Automation
  • Evaluation

Consulting & Technical Leadership

Senior engineers and technical leaders who step into your organisation: technical project management, architecture reviews, and team building that sticks.

  • Technical project mgmt
  • Architecture reviews
  • Team building

Certification & Compliance

We prepare your organisation and your products for ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIS2 and GDPR, from the first gap analysis to the day the auditor arrives.

  • ISO 27001
  • SOC 2
  • PCI DSS

Connected Devices & Integration

When software meets the physical world we cover that too: device connectivity, telemetry, and integration between embedded systems and your cloud platform.

  • Connectivity
  • Telemetry
  • Integration

Electronics Development

Where a product needs its own hardware, we do schematic design, PCB layout and board bring-up, with EMC and manufacturability in mind from the first schematic.

  • Schematic & PCB
  • Bring-up
  • Validation

AI

AI that does something useful on Monday morning.

There is a lot of noise around AI and very few products that pay for themselves. We help organisations cut through it: find the places where the latest models genuinely remove work, and turn those into down-to-earth features people actually use.

No pilots that never leave the demo. We build AI into real products with the same engineering discipline, security posture and operational thinking we bring to everything else.

Start from the problem

We begin with a workflow that costs you time or money today, not with a model. If a simpler solution wins, we say so.

Grounded in your own data

Retrieval over your documents, tickets and records, so answers can be traced back to a source instead of invented.

Measured, not assumed

Evaluation sets, quality thresholds and cost tracking from day one, so you know whether the feature is actually working.

Built to keep running

Clear boundaries, human review where it matters, and an architecture that survives the next model generation.

Compliance

Certifications your customers ask for.

Security certification is engineering work, not paperwork. We have taken organisations through these tracks, both as auditor-facing consultants and as the engineers who had to live with the result.

ISO 27001

Information security management

  • Scoping, asset inventory and risk assessment methodology
  • ISMS and Statement of Applicability across all Annex A controls
  • Policies, procedures and awareness training your teams will actually use
  • Internal audit and management review support ahead of certification
  • Guidance through the Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits. We don't perform the certification audits ourselves, but we prepare you and stand beside you in them

SOC 2

Trust services for SaaS

  • Choosing Type I or Type II and the right trust services criteria
  • Control design across access, change management, monitoring and vendors
  • Evidence automation so the observation window collects itself
  • Readiness assessment, remediation, and support through the auditor's fieldwork

PCI DSS

Payment card security

  • Cardholder data flow mapping and scope reduction
  • Network segmentation and secure architecture review
  • Security policies and staff awareness training aligned with the standard
  • Gap analysis against current PCI DSS requirements, with a remediation plan
  • SAQ or RoC preparation and support through the QSA assessment

NIS2 & GDPR

European regulatory work

  • Applicability assessment and gap analysis against the requirements
  • Incident response, reporting duties and supply chain security
  • Data mapping, DPIAs and processor agreements
  • Board-level reporting that holds up under scrutiny

What the journey actually looks like

A first certification typically takes six to twelve months. Here is how that time is spent, so there are no surprises.

  1. Phase 1

    Gap analysis

Two to four weeks. We map your current state against the standard and hand you a prioritised gap report with effort estimates.

  2. Phase 2

    Build & remediate

The real work: controls, documentation, tooling and engineering changes, implemented alongside your teams rather than handed over as a binder.

  3. Phase 3

    Operate & evidence

The controls have to run for months before anyone can audit them. We automate the evidence collection so this costs you as little as possible.

  4. Phase 4

    Audit & maintain

Internal audit, auditor selection and support through the assessment. Then the annual cycle that keeps the certificate valid.

About

Swedish engineering, shipped.

Bitbot AB is a Swedish consultancy built around a simple idea: put senior engineers directly on the problem. Our home ground is SaaS and systems development: product discovery, cloud architecture, the application, and running it in production.

Because we build and operate products ourselves, our AI and compliance work is grounded in practice. When we help you with ISO 27001, SOC 2 or PCI DSS, the advice comes from engineers who run the systems being certified, not from a checklist factory.

We are not a project shop that disappears after launch. Most of our client relationships run for years. We keep building, operating and improving the systems we helped create, through re-platforming, growth and audits alike. That continuity rests on trust, and it is why our clients come back rather than re-tender.

That trust has been earned in industries with high demands on security, reliability and discretion. Short decision paths, honest estimates, and delivery you can verify.

Pricing is just as plain. You pay for our time, and for our expenses at cost. No mark-ups, no resold hours, no margins buried in the invoice.

Behind us stands a broad, senior network of specialists and partner firms. If a problem calls for expertise beyond our own, we put that network to work for you. And if it's outside what we do, we'll point you to someone who can. No hand-offs into the void.
